Why is my trading account balance zero when I have deposited money?

If your trading platform account shows a zero balance, please check your order history in the "Closed positions" tab. Orders may be automatically closed due to stop-out if your account is losing money.

The balance you see in your Personal Area (Dashboard) is not always updated, and if you check it between updates, it may show outdated information. For example, if you have several losing orders, this may lead to a complete depletion of the balance and, as a result, a stop-out. In such a situation, the balance of the trading account in the platform will be 0, while the Dashboard may show the previous data.

Please do not forget to update and restart your profile on the trading platform and ArtCap MT.

If you have performed the above checks and could not figure out the reason for the discrepancy, please contact our customer support service, indicating your trading account ID. We will help you understand the situation and solve the problem.
