Personal area (Dashboard) is your personal account from which you manage your accounts.
In order to enter it, you must:
1. Go to my.artcap.io.
2. Enter linked mail.
3. Enter the 6-digit code that you received when entering the mail.

This is the interface of your Dashboard.


On the left you can see the main functions:

Artcap MT
Wallet
Transactions
Education.

There is also a window on the bottom right where you can start a dialogue with the support team.

Artcap MT displays your trading accounts and allows you to switch to the trading platform. You can also create 3 live and 3 demo accounts. And also change the leverage.
Below is a window where you can restore your login if you forgot your password.
On the right, you can reload your balance if it is not displayed correctly (indicated in green)


The Wallet section allows you to top up accounts and withdraw funds. Our minimum account is $50, the minimum transaction is $10.  You can read how to top up the deposit here.


At the moment, the following methods are available for top-up, which you can see in the screenshot below. Over time, sources of input and output of funds may be added.

The Transactions section displays all transactions made by you. They can be Completed, Failed, Pending, Rejected. At the top right you can see these statuses.


The Education section is being developed and will be constantly updated. This will be a training guide from our company, which will describe the general theory of trading, as well as how to use the platform, the menu and everything you need for convenient use of the tools and successful trading.


On the right (pic. below) is a small menu of additional functions (highlighted in green):
☾ - allows you to choose the theme of the interface, dark or light.
Language selection: English or Ukrainian.
Personal info: displays your personal data.
Documents - allows you to view the verification document you have uploaded.


The Personal Info section also has our work email if you would like to change some personal information.
