If you suspect that someone is trading on your behalf, we recommend that you immediately change your trading password. To do this, go to the menu in platform to User settings tab.

A settings window will appear, where we select the Сhange Password tab at Security section.

Check if you have recently installed any expert advisors, as they are programmed to automatically open trades based on a certain set of pre-set conditions.

Orders may be automatically closed due to a stop out. In such cases, you will see a comment on the order that specifically mentions the stop out.

We would also like to remind you that ArtCap does not have access to any of your accounts, and all passwords are set and maintained by you.
